1. What is 3D sublimation printing phone case and any different with traditional sublimation printing phone case.
Material: heat-resistant 230 °C PC composite material, 30minutes will not melt and deformation.
Transfer printing image, the image integrity is exceed 95%. The common PC case is only bear 100 °C , And then become fragile, deformation, don't adsorption ink, so can only use the patch structure(with aluminum sheet and back glue).
2. Do you need what accessories to assist to print 3D phone case?
For the iphone4/4s and iphone5 case, it need mould and cooling tool, Because of the iphone case is staight-sided, When heated, it need cooling tool to finalize the design. or else it can't match and the iphone case will have some deformation. The other N7100,HTC one X, Samsung S3 ans so on... only need phone case mould. In addition, you need have a 3D vacuum sublimation heat press machine.
3. For the iphone 4/4S and iphone 5 case, If the case mould and cooling tool can be universal?
They are different case mould and cooling tool, pls kindly note it.
