What you may concern !

1, Can you make the underwear with our brand?

We supply OEM and ODM service to our clients, of course, it could be make the underwear with your own brand care label and hangtag on each garment.

2, What information do you need to proceed a quotation?

For a rough price, please provide the original sample, we would make the counter sample based on the original and do some changes as per client’s requirement to review our workmanship/quality. If it is a new development without any original samples, please provide clear picture or CAD, as well as the measurement charts, materials. For an accurate price , please provide other full detailed information , including packing method , care label & hang tag & hanger , trade terms ( CIF , FOB , Exw…) and advise is there any inspection needed.

3, Can I start with a sample buying ?

It is acceptable to start with the samples, for the first contact client, we would charge the sample fee ($100 each style) at the beginning of our business, and the freight would be in client’s account. However, we would refund the sample fee to you after we confirmed the official orders. After we have built a long-term partnership, we would develop the new samples for you free.

4, How do you ensure the quality?

QC process : place material order → pre-production inspection after the raw materials arrived in house → cutting check → sewing check→ in-line inspection every day → end production inspection piece by piece before finish the production → final inspection after packing → sampling inspection by production manager → shipment

We have a QC team over 20 skilled & professional workers, their work is started from the bulk fabrics arrived in house, after that, they will do very instruct in-line inspection during the production from cutting , sewing to packing. And they are requested to submit a detailed daily quality report and progress report to ensure we could sort out all the technical problems as soon as we found them. At the end of production, our QC team will do an over-all inspection before packing to check the quality. This inspection is requested to check the quality one by one, workers will re-work once our QC have found the defective products, we won’t do packing after the goods has passed the inspection. After that, our production manager will do the final strict inspection in person with our QC team before shipment, to ensure the goods shipped to our clients are qualified.

5, How do you ensure the delivery?

l        After we receive an order , our factory will make out a strict and feasible production plan from order the fabrics , to cutting , moulding , sewing , packing …to delivery. The workshop will update and do progress report everyday.

l        We have established a very good relationship with our suppliers after so many years cooperation, further more , we paid the money to them by cash , they do not need to worry about the funds turnover , so that we can get the best deliveries from our suppliers.

l        Our factory is human-based management, all the workers work happy in this big family. After the 2009 Chinese New Year holiday, all the workers come back to our factory to go on their work, no any workers leave or resign after the New Year, it is an unbelievable and amazing achievement for us. Stable workers is the guarantee to make our production can goes smoothly.
