Our kid horses are in good quality, details as below:
1. We use pure copper motor, Yada 120W, Taiwan famous brand. Top3 quality in China.
Some small factory use low quality mottor, aluminium model. it will get hot and get burnt after you turn on the machine for 5hours. We have tested it in our sample room. And you know, normally one machine must be continous working for at least 8 hours per day.
2. We use good & stable power supply, Tianlong brand, Top3 in quality China. The power output is 120W for the whole horse machine.Small factory use low quality, only 80W. After 8hours working, the power supply will probably get burnt and finished. Then you need to change for new ones, very often.
3. We use strong horse body. It is 10MM thickness and 100KG MAX load. Some small factory only use 5MM thickness horse body,to save input money. We try to do this before, use 5MM horse body, but all get broken easily. And customers complain about it. Immediately We quickly throw away the 5MM thin model, change for 10MM thick model!!
4. We use Stable 3D horse ride software system and mainboard. We have a team of 30 engineers making software. We have solved all the problems before put it into the market. The low quality factory doesn't have the software. We have solved all the problems before put it into the market. The low quality factory doesn't have the software research ability. They only simply buy the copy mainboard from the copy market.(China is a big copy country). Once any problems happen even tiny problems, they don't know how to solve the problem and they WILLNOT send you new ones. Because they want to save the DHL courier price. You can try and you will know what happen....I am sure you will feel angry and helpless.
5. Our the technical works are good. Our installmen all have over 3years experience. And all good spare parts.You could compare the cable wiring, the fitting, the nails, the screws, the bolts...etc. And you will see the big difference -- We all use steel nails, screws and bolts.
6. More details:
Our model has Ground cable connection and double fused. To 100% make sure no power attach for kids and children.
We use electronic sensor to sense the horse jump and turnig movements EXACTLY.
And we use micro-switch to control the whole machine's working and swinging.
