Introduction

Bottle inverting machine is mainly applied for bottle inverting sterilization in transferring production lines of dairy products, fruit juice, beverage, beer, foods and medicines and etc.  It is applied in the former procedure before spraying sterilization cooling tunnel.

We can make different designs to let the bottle reverse in straight conveyor or bend conveyor per customers' requirements, and also make special design and motor power allocation according to the capacity and sterilization time.

1. The frame of equipment is made of stainless steel, with compact total structure, nice and clean appearance;

2. High quality nylon plastic and steel combined chain boards, anti-acid, anti-corrosion, abrasion proof and endurable with long-time service life;

3. The machine which equipped with vibration mechanism can eliminate bubbles at the bottle neck thoroughly;

4. The water tank is heated by steam, and the steam volume is automatically controlled by steam solenoid valve;

5. Lubricating and cooling device is available to prolong service life of bottle-clamping chain; 

6. Self-tightening structure makes it convenient to install and adjust
