GENERAL DESCRIPTION: gold mining equipment/washing scrubber

Rotary drum scrubber is an autogenous rotating drum scrubber, utilizing pebbles and rocks 

within the feed source to fracture and disintegrate clays, agglomerates and soft oxides. The scrubber rotates slowly, similar to a giant washing machine.  It ia a special designed washing equipment for those alluvial deposit minerals with much sticky clay & mud.

MACHINE FEATURES:

• Designed to break up alluvial gravels, clays and sand;
• High capacity and high power scrubbing;
• The long drum of the scrubber retains material for longer, more vigorous washing for complete separation;
• Thickening type steel plate for the drum;
• Heavy duty bearing, gear and roller;
• Wearable screen at the exit of drum for screening;
• One high output electrical motor driving a gear system providing efficient torque;
• Adjustable rotary speed;
• The water with high pressure flushed the inwall of drum;
• Can accept material up to 230mm. 

HOW THE TROMMEL WORKS

Gold Trommel Scrubber rotates slowly, similar to a giant washing machine. It churns the fines and oversize and water together, vigorously breaking up the soil matrix as well as liberating the target mineral from tough clay, schist's and rock.
After the fine (soil) is separated, the material is moved into the screen. The rotating screen separates the oversize material from the fines 

This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal concentrator, spirals, jigs etc. 

Inner Rubber Plates -- very efficient to wash off sticky clay / mud of various raw ores

Inner Screw Panels -- also widely used of our customers

Screen can be made of PU material which is wear-resistance, using long life, it is jointed with screw, can be replaceable.

JXSC can make below TWO types of Driving Device :

1. With Rubber wheel driving.

2. With Steel wheel & Gear driving.
