1. Why we choose the thermal transfer technology?
Thermal transfer technology is suitable for personalized handicraft production, its operation is simple, low cost, low technical requirements for the operator, only need a printer, a thermal transfer machine, can be in a few short minutes, the personalized picture printed on the product.Transfer out of the picture is clear and bright, do not fade.
2. The scope of use:
Thermal transfer technology is widely used in personalized gifts, advertising, corporate LOGO, product promotion, tourism souvenir and a memorable activities and so on.
Sublimation Mug Making Process:
- Select your favorite photo/picture from your computer.
- Print it out onto inkjet paper/sublimation paper by common Epson inkjet printer.
- Sublimation ink is required.
- Stick the paper with photo on the mug surface by heat resistant tape.
- Set temperature and time moderately on the mug heat press machine (i.e. 180 degrees -60seconds)
