1. How can I get samples?
We can supply some free samples in some speacial condition.
The sample cost will be returned to you once the mass order placed.
2. How much the cost will be charged for the samples and the sample delivery time?
Usually twice the price of the mass production+bank fee+freight cost.
Samples Delivery Time: 7-15 working days
3. How long will it take for mass production?
Usually 40-45 days after receiving the deposit.
4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton.
5. What’s your usual payment term for orders?
1) 30% deposit by T/T in advance, balance within 7 working days against B/L copy.
2) 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% by irrevocable L/C at sight.
Or any payment term to discuss.
6. What’s the warranty of your products?
Usually we guarantee two years after delivery date, but depending on the specified product.
