1.what's the handling time for an order?
For small order, if it is in stock, usually it takes 12 days for the fabrics to be ready for delivery, bulk order
need 10- 20 days. If you need it urgently, PLS contact us first, we can rush your order.
2.How long time it takes for shipping time?
A: EMS takes about 1 week. EMS is of strength in the country such as USA,Canada,Australia,Russia,Singapore,UK,
France,Netherlands,Sweden,Germany,Japan,Finland,Greece.If you are not in these countries, you would better choose
other ship company.
B: TNT or DHL is strength for most of the country all over the world, but shipping cost would be a little higher than EMS.
Shipping time usually about 3-5 business days.
3.Do you offer custom made service?
Yes,we do.we can make the lace fabric according to your design.We accept OEM.
4.Can we chose another color for the lace fabric (design)?
Yes. PLS tell us your color, and give us the Pantone No. is better, then we can make the color for you.
