1.How to get a sample?
Sample order is acceptable. Pls contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.
2.Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers.
Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
3.Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details
4.What about the leading time?
In general, the leading time is about 15 to 25 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time.Thanks for your kindly cooperation in advance.
5.304 Stainless steel is real lead-free faucet?
Yes! All of our production is precision casting, non-welding , clean & smooth inside of the faucet.
6.How is your factory production capability?
THUN factory has a Full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line,
Polishing Line and Assembling line.We can manufacture products up to 3000 pcs per one day.
