Chezhihui Auto Super Chassis Guarder Rubber type 2L&1L&650ml
The Chezhihui profe ssional undercoat and sealer provides one-coat build-up without dripping,running or sagging.
DIRECTION:
Fenders,gravel deflections and fender skirts,inside of back bumper,gas tank,underside of hood,rock and splash panels,trunks,flooring,all other areas where corrosion is most likely to occur.
CAUTION:
1.Prepare surface.Remove dust,dirt,oil and grease.Dry the surface and mask area not to be sprayed.
2. Spend two minutes to shake the can evenly, open the lid, remover the seal and insert the special designed spray gun onto the mouth, collect the 0.6-0.8MPa comprssed air, finally spray onto the surface at a distance of 25cm.
3. To avoid the flow line or sagging, three times spraying are needed. After the first time spray, flatten and fill the cracks and caves with metal seal-glue. Every interval should be not less than 15 minutes, best noise deaden effect need more than 1.5mm thickness.
4.Spray correctly.Hold the special designed spray gun 15~25 inches from surface and apply in short,even strokes using back and foth montion.For best results,use at 70℉~90℉(20℃~32℃).Remove any over spray immediately with a cloth dampened in mineral spirits or kerosene.
5.Will take approximately 4~6 hours to dry depending upon application temperature.
6.Applying a finish coating on top of the undercoating is not recommended,as the undercoated surface will bleed thru.
7.Botny undercoat and sealer should not be applied to engines,exhaust systems or transmission housings.
8.Don't store can in cat trunk or in cars interior for a long period of time.
SAFETY MEASURE:
Keep container tightly closed and in a well ventilated place.Keep away from heat.Keep away from sources of ignition.NO smoking!Don't breathe vapor.Use only in well ventilated area.Aviod contact with the skin and eyes.
FIRST AID:
Rinse immediately with plenty of water after touch eyes, then go to a doctor.Rinse immediately with plenty of soap and water after contacting skin.If eat, not vomiting, medical treatment immediately and show the item of container or label.
