Super Duty Rubbing Compound
WARNNG! Combustible liquid and vapor. Vapor harmful. May cause eye, skin,noseand throt irritation and may affect the central nervousine system causing dizziness, headache or nausea. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal. Airborne crystalline silica generatde from squrring (or clenging) dry pads may cause silicosis and is a kuown human carcinogen.
Contains a chemical which can cause cancer.
Recommended Applications:Designed for use on refinish acrylic lacquer to remove Grade Ultra Fine 1000 or fine wet sanding scratches, minor orange peel or overspray. To minimize the possibility of staining, do not apply in direct sunlight or onto a hot suface.
Directions for Use:Note: Compound using an or electric buffer (1400 to 2000rpm)equipped with a 3M™ Superbuff™ wool compounding pad.
1.Apply suffi2 cient compounding to work a 2 foot by 2 foot area. To minimize slinging ,spread the compound with the compounding pad before the machine.
2.Start the machine and buff using light to medium pressure.
3.Reduce pressure when compound begins to dry. Spur pad as necessary to assist clean up.
Note:If glaze slings onto an adjacent panel, remove glaze spatter with a soft damp cloth as soon as possible or before glazing the next panel.
