3)rinse the lunch box with warm water or washing up liquid before the first use or if it has not been used for some time.To achieve the best heat retention ,pre-heat the lunch box with hot water before putting the hot contents.
4)cleaning
Using warm water and washing up liquid,clean the lunch box with soft sponge after use, removing all trace of food, do not immerse in water,do no use in a dish-washer.
5)caution
do not crush or impact the lunch box suddenly, to avoid the lunch box to be out of shape.
do not put the lunch box directly on the fire source,the induction cooker of the microwave
