Automation conveyor system Inverted bottle sterilizer production line
It is mainly used in sterilizing PET bottle mouth and inside surface of caps. In which haven't been disinfected by themal tea, fruit juice which having been filled in PET bottle. It mainly consist of chief conveying chain system,support , bottle reversing chain system , bottle reversing guiding rod and bottle repositioning rod, It uses its inner thermal medium to disinfect bottle mouth and caps without any other heat souce, So it can save energy. The machine is fully made of SUS304stainless steel, more convenient in operation.

This machine can reduce the temperature of hot filling drinks to 36°C-40°C, or increase the temperature of cold filling carbonic acid drinks to 36°C-40°C. It is used in PE bottles hot tea drinks and carbonic acid drinks hot filling production line. This machine can eliminate the condensed water on the external side of bottles, keep bottle clean and dry. It makes bottles easier for labeling and packaging.Productivity: 5000-20000bottles/hour, spray time: about 15-20 minutes.
