Overload limiter (also known as: weight of load limiter, overload limiter,overload recorder) is composed of load cells, operational amplifiers, control actuators and load indicators, with displays, control and alarm feature.When the crane lifting a heavy object, load cell deformation and load weight transofrm into an electrical signal, signal amplifier operation, indicates the load values. When the load reaches the rated value 90%, it have warning signals; when the load exceeds the rated loads, cut off the power source of the lifting mechanism.
