Fire Alarm Control Panel Blocking Relay:
The relay expands functions of ARTON fire alarm control panels.
BR4-4 blocking relays are designed to expand functions of ARTON fire alarm control panels. BR can be used to transmit signals to CMS, control of alarm signals and provide galvanic uncoupling of FACP output signals.
Blocking relays consist of corresponding number of NC/NO relays.
The BR is fitted on the corresponding PCB of “ARTON-xxF” FACP using board-to-board connectors supplied with the blocking relay.
The BR4-4 is connected to ARTON-04F, ARTON-08F by connecting BR4-4 to main control PCB of the control panel using a flexible loop of BR. While inputs “In1”-“In4” of BR can be connected to the appropriate BR key, and inputs ”↓” to any terminal ”↓” of BK.
Functioning of each relay is defined by activity of the BK output connected to its input and the position of the corresponding switch (NO, NC).
