a. Chemical fume hood General description

Sash : Clear toughened glass/safe glass ,can hover at any height

Cup sink: PP material
Cock: gas / water valve
Optional: Auto sash closer/ water supply system/VAV system.
b. The advantages
1)the gas and water valves are positioned on the external vertical side airfoils and outlet nozzles are located on the side wall of the internal chamber.
2)the sash run in concealed tracking designed to facilitate smooth operation and is counter balanced using stainless steel cables, lead balancing weight and a twin ball race pulley arrangement. In the event of suspension wire failure it is not be possible for the sash to drop.
3)the bell-shape exhaust collar, designed with rectangular air entrance and round-shape air outlet.
4)low aerofoil, located on the frontal edge of the worktop under the sash, providing smooth air passage and preventing turbulence.
