ü Our slates are washable using a mild detergent and water, while they can be put in a dishwasher we do not recommend it  

ü Our slates are strong but will chip if dropped  

ü Our slates are not suitable for putting in the oven or the microwave  

ü Our slates can be restored to original surface from time to time with light coat of Natural Oil e.g. Olive Oil

These versatile table markers are as fun to use as they are practical. Perfect for table numbering at weddings, labeling buffet items, pairing together wines and cheeses, or just leaving little notes for your loved ones! Each table marker has a solid oak dowel stand and comes with a stick of soapstone chalk. The dowels come right out for easy storing! You can write on these little slates with the provided chalk, or if you want colors you can buy fluorescent wet-erase highlighters at most craft stores or office supply stores (see pictures for an example). These slates are available in two sizes, either 3" x 5" or 4" x 6". Remember bigger isn't always better! If you're not sure which size to pick, try cutting them out of paper first and you'll know instantly which size is right for you!
