4.Mainly used to withstand the impact load is smaller, and require high abrasion resistance Die and punch, cold-cut scissors, drill sets, gauges, drawing die, pressure diethread rolling board, drawing die thread rolling die.

3. Hardness: Annealed, 269 ~ 217HB, indentation diameter 3.7 ~ 4.1mm; quenching 55-60HRC
4.Heat treatment specifications:
1) quenching oil cooling, 950 ~ 1000 °C;
2) quenched 980 ° C, cold oil, tempering 180 °C 2h. Microstructure: tempered martensite and undissolved carbides, retained austenite
5.Delivery status: steel delivered in the annealed condition

LC at sight or TT
