1. Introduce:
Suitable for roasting/drying different oil-materials, such as rapeseeds, peanut, soybean, sesame seeds, cottonseed, coconut, palm, rice bran,corn embryo, etc.
Also it is used for conditioning the seeds before pressing ,to get the better pressing terms for oil seeds .Its heating source is steam or conducting oil.
1.let the broken oil materials through heating, steam spraying, soften them, fit for rolling billet, improve the billet quality, the raw billet through wet, steaming and stir-frying to ripe billet, satiffy the squeeze (extraction) crafts requirment, increase oil output, improve the crude oil quality.
2.vertical cycloid drive, gear speed redcuer, low drive ,any choose.
3.the billet steaming and stir-frying evenly, the materials level indicated by pointer, autogate charging materials , each layer temperature flexibly control,, the bottom materials outing speed adjustable, each layer has steam draining device. there is direct steam spray pipe on the first layer.
4. the layers numbers is decided according to the users requirement.
