♦ Raw material:
peanut, soybean, rapeseed, sunflower seed, almond, palm kernel, sesame, cotton seed, corn germ, walnut
kernel, rice bran, linseed/flaxseed, camellia seed, and so on.
almost all kinds of oil seed must be separated by magnet,cleaned,dedusted,pressed,then begin to oil refinery
plant.

♦ Pretreatment section:
Pre-pressing is a traditional technology to produce high content oil, our technology is character as follow:
◊ it can process different kinds of oil-seed:vegetable seeds, cotton seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, sesame,
corn germ and oil tea camellia seeds.
◊ according to different customer's requirement, it can adopted to puffing technology to get the high quality oil
with low consume.
◊ pre-pressing oil are adopt to multi-level filtration.
◊ strong adaptability to the raw materials quality.
Cleaning:
In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient
vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity. soybean oil making machine.
Suction type gravity stoner removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and
magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron. Dust removing
wind net is ybean oil making machine.
Flaking:
Flaking means a certainty granularity of soy lamella was prepared for flaked of about 0.3 mm, the oil of raw
material can be extracted in the shortest time and maximum, and residual oil was less than 1%.
Cooking:
This process is heating and cooking for rapeseed which is easy to separate of oil and can provide the oil
quantity from pre-press machine.It is easy to operate and have long life. soybean oil making machine.
Oil press machine:
oil extraction machinery's oil extraction is continuous screw press machine which is suitable to the plant oil
materials which has high oil content.The instruction of the cake is loose and easy to make the solvent
permeate ,the oil content of cake and moisture used for solvent extraction
♦ Extraction section:
Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to
condenser for recycling.
Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-typr extractor.
Roary extractor or Rotocel extractor: spray and soak the cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved
in solvent (form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
DTDC: used to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella ( oil with solvent) into the miscella 1st, then add 10% saline water to it.
The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate,
reaching the goal of purifying.
♦ Crude oil refinery section:
Degumming:
We are using a special wet degumming,Thorough removal of colloid. Improve the quality of rice bran oil.
Decoloring:
Premixing the a certain amount of clay with 20% degumming oil in the premix tank , then using the oil
pump pump the premixing oil and the rest 80% oil in the vacuum decolorization tower to get rid of the
pigment,then using plate type filter to separate the oil and the waste clay.
Dewaxing:
Wax affects the taste of the oil and it's transparency.Poor solubility in oil, cannot be absorbed by human.
Deacidification /Deodorization:
Avoid large amounts of neutral oil accident losses, using high temperature and high vacuum environment,
by using the method of steam stripping deodorization, removing acid.
