High quality electric oxygen concentrator 5L
Oxygen concentrator series mainly including 3L; 5L; 10L; 15L; 20L; 30L; 40L; 50L; 60L;
It uses selection of the molecular sieve to adsorb nitrogen molecules in the
air, enrichesoxygen together to make the oxygen concentration over 90%.
Therefore, the oxygen concentrator is actually a process of using air as raw materials,
powered by electricity to achieve oxygen enrichment.
As long as it has electricity and air, can produce a high concentration of oxygen.
Based on years of accumulated technology, our oxygen concenrtrators have the following
advantages:
1.1. Use high-quality oil-free air compressor which after years of practical use, stable
performance, long life, low power consumption.
1.2. Use domestic Mitsubishi PLC control system, with mature technology, strong anti-
jamming performance, high reliability. More reliable than the traditional single-chip
control method. It can work in complex industrial places.
1.3. Due to the hydrophilic interaction, molecular sieve is easy to combine with
watermolecules, and lose the absorption. So we use the method of sieve cylinder bottom
inflow air, to make the sucked water molecule discharged outside easily through
desorption process. What's more, another 10% increase in the molecular sieve filling
volume, even if a few of them are invalid, to ensure the oxygen concentration and oxygen
production as well.
Among the series concenrtrators which exceed 10L, are equipped high efficiency drift
eliminator. The eliminator can filter out most moisture in the air, to offer more effective
protection for molecular sieve work efficiency and prolong the machine lifetime.
1.4. All the equipment parts are made of metal material, excellent resistance to high or
low temperature. So that the device can work in industrial places and maintain long-term
stability.
1.5. Booster pumps are optional, the max oxygen pressure up to 300 KPa, which is an ideal oxygen source for ozone generators.
