Rubber Paste Resin HF-3045
This product is our company newly developed high performance emulsion which can meet or exceed the National standard. It’s the self-crossling copolymer emulsion of butyl acrylate,acrylonitrile and other functional monomers at the radiation of Cobalt 60 with some auxiliaries.It can reach the Europe and Japan environment standard.

2,Features
- good washing fastness,without cracking out when naturally washing for 5 hours,better fastness can be get after baking
- super soft,not sticky
- the higher solid content,the better covering
- formaldehyde free,APEO free,don’t contain heavy metals and can meet Europe and Japan environment standard
- both quickly-dry and slow-dry products can be offered to meet the customers’ requirement,apply to the machine printing
- perfect chemical and mechanical stability,can be compatible with many pigment printing ingredients,not clog
3,Application
- applied to screen printing,table printing,flat printing
- used to the producing of pigment rubber paste(white/clear paste)
4,Package and Transportation
- package:PE Drum with plastic bag inside,50kg
- transportation:by buyer or seller
- storage:at the temperature of -5-40°C,in a dry and ventilated warehouse for more than 6 months
5,Note
- the paste resin which has been added into fixing agent and other agent should be use out within 24 hours
- baking at high temperature or adding into some fixing agent can enhance the washing fastness, but may affect the hand feeling and elasticity
- in some cases,if printing on the cotton,fixing agent is no longer needed,but should make a test sample before producing
