Printing Process
Prnting ---Baking----Heat treatment(pressing at 130°C - 150°C/5-10s heat treatment)
Package and Transportation
white rubber paste 25kg/drum,clear rubber paste 20kg/drum
can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 0—40 °C ,in a shade and ventilate place
Notes
- Good washing fastness can be got after drying and heat treatment,adding a little more fixing agent can improve the fastness
- too much fixing agent may affect the printing hand feeling and elasticity,less dosage may result in bad fastness.We are not responsible for the quality problem due your unproper use of fixing agent.
- make a testing sample before widely using,you can produce after confirming the testing result.
