Features:
1,Good fastness,and can be improved considerably by curing at elevated temperature.
2,Cross-linking agent no longer needed.And if appropriate cross-linking agent is added,a much more better performance can be get.
3,The paste is stable and can be stored for more than 15 days
4,Soft handle,sharp patterns,high color yield and brightness,no mesh clogging,no knife sticking
5,Well compatible with other pigment printing ingredients,better mechanical and chemical stability.
Application:
1,All kinds of pigment printing technique:flat and rotary screen printing,table printing
2,Apply to the pigment printing onto cotton,hemp,chemical fiber and blended fabric
Usage:
1,6-30%(according to the color depth),baked at
145°C for 3 minutes after dried
2,Some post-treatments,such as softening,color fixing and sizing,
are needed when necessary
Packaging:
50kg/drum,125kg/drum with inner PE bag
Storage and transportation:
1,Must be stored and transported at the temperature between -5 and 40°C,and can be stored for 6 months or longer in a cool,dry and ventilated warehouse.
2,Non-dangerous goods,transported as ordinary liquid chemicals.
