This is one-component liquid RTV silicone rubber. It mainly used to prevent outdoor insulator from pollution flashover for Power Transmission, Substation and Distribution Equipment with 1~1000KV rated voltage, which is operating under dirty environment with -50°C~ 200°C. It also can be used to protect and prevent outdoor insulator from pollution flashover for electrical device which works in humidity and easy be polluted environment as in chemical, steel, factories and mines and electrization railway. And it can improve equipment's insulation level. This product has passed the test by Quality Inspection and Test Center for Equipment of Electric Power, and Synthetic Materials Aging, Chemical Industry Quality Supervision and Testing Center.
Product Features:
1.PRTV’s service life is much longer than normal RTV; PRTV’s service life can reach at least 15 years.
2.Excellent hydrophobicity and fast, equal and stable hydrophobicity migratory. So it can prevent pollution flashover effectively.
3.Can work in high withstand voltage, arc resistance, and tracking and erosion resistance, excellent electrical insulativity.
4.High-strength, Strong adhesion, High corrosion tolerate.
5.Ozone Resistance, UV-resistance, Environmental Aging Resistance. It can perform efficiently for a long period.
6.The coating is acid-resistant, alkali proof, salt-tolerant and oxidant resistant. No need to maintain and clean during the validity.
7.One-component room temperature solidify, can operate in -20°C. Easy to use, and can be transited immediately after spraying.
