We are a wholly-owned enterprise that professionally design and produce Zinc,Aluminum and Magnesium alloy;Provide the service from design development of mould to molding of Casting products and then processing. The products are mainly used on electric machine, lighting decoration, electrical appliances, car, furniture, sport equipments, electrical support and so on.
The mold department has three CNC lathes, the bed, the drilling machine, the milling machine, the computer gong, the spark machine, the line cutter and so on. The compression casting department has six produced coldly and hot cell die-casting machines from Taiwan that respectively are 800 ton, 630 ton, 400 ton, 350 ton, 280 ton,200 ton. And also we have 4 Magnesium alloy die-casting machines that respectively are 160 ton, 280 ton,400 ton. The add-on ministry department has sets of equipment complete, such as the drilling machine, the cluster drilling machine,rolling machine, drawing machine, grinder, punch press, baking varnish and so on. Quality control department has a Coordinate Measuring Machine, more than one hundred other gauge instruments.
