Mechanical construction
The whole body is stainless steel with acid-resistant paint frame and polyvinyl chloride case. The machine is solid and corrosion-resistant. The waste gas is released from the bottom.
Driving system
The whole line is bevel gear driving and AC variable frequency control and the drive is stable and even.
Electrolysis system
Infusion method alternating-current electrolysis. Multi-layer graining electrolyzation process, electrolytic sand is even and fine, and its harshness is adjustable. Concentration of chemical can be tested on line and can be automatically controlled.

Oxidizing system
Liquid conduction, anode oxidizing process and SCR voltage regulation, which can save 35% electricity. Concentration of chemical can be tested on line and can be automatically controlled.
Coating system
Photoelectric control of in and out of the plate in high or low speed. Four rollers coat in frequency control which makes the coating even without lines and have good glossiness. It can be used with a baking of cooling device which is washed with water.
