This anti plating ink offers a short time protection for all kinds of metal while doing plating(Protect the part does not need to be plated). It will be stripped after doing all the processing in the end.

Operation data:
1, Pre-treatment: clean up the surface of material, remove the oil and wax
2, Opening: stir the ink evenly before using, stew it for 5-10min, during the processing, you can add our dedicated dilution to adjust the viscosity(1:0.7); if you use other dilution, please do some match test, the maximum can not be over 1 time.
3, Spraying: the thickness of ink film should be 25±5um after drying;
4, Pre-bake: use hot wind to dry it circularly for 20±5min with 80°C-90°C
5, exposure: 6-8 power(21 power exposure ruler)
6, Developing: wash it with 0.8%-1.2% Na2CO3 solvant, the pressure should be 2KG/ cm² and temperature should be 30°C±2;
7, Post bake: 150°C/30min;
8, Plating;
9, Stripping: put the material with ink into the ultrasonic cleaner with 8-10% NaOH and 80-90 degree for 3-5min.
Announcement:
1, Warranty: put the ink into a dry and dark room below 25°C, seal it well and it can keep for half a year, sunshine and light are not allowed.
2, This ink can be used as original ink, if you want to adjust the viscosity, please use dedicated
dilution, stir it for 3-5min before using, then stew it for 10min.
3. Please clean up the surface of basic material before using the ink, otherwise, it will influent the
adhesion of ink.
