This laser black ink offers a short time protection for all kinds of metal products while doing etching(protect the part does not need to be etched). It will be stripped off or washed away after doing all the processing in the end.
Product Description
Processing: In order to reduce the defective rate and comprehensive process and increase the
tenacity, firmness, hardness of traditional black ink. Our R&D department had successfully developed
a photosensitive laser ink, take good advantage of photosensitive ability and anti etching ability of
this ink to solve this problem. This laser ink is widely used in the etching field of watch, jewelry,
glasses, phone cover, etc.
Character: suitable for spraying process, evenly ink film on the surface, no bubble, no pinehole, fast
drying, clear laser line, well adhesive, high hardness, high acid resistant etching ability.
Processing: clean the surface of material--spray or screen printing--pre baking--laser--exposure--post baking--etching--stripping
