Q: Does the SJ-DMX-E2 is suitable for the RGB strips?
A: Yes, the SJ-DMX-E2 transform the signal input from the DMX controller, then output the PWM signal, the connection please see the Connection Guide.
Q: Does the SJ-DMX-E2 is suitable for the single strips?
A: Yes, the theory please see by reference to the Connection Guide.
Q: What can I do if my interface do not work anymore during the warranty period?
A: Please contact your dealer.
Q: Can I repair the SJ-DMX-E2 by myself?
A: NO, do not any attempt to repair. Any attempt will void you warranty ! Please contact your dealer right now if the devices seem to be defective.
Q: What the blinking LEDs means?
A: The Green one is the Power Indicator, Red one is the Signal Indicator. Once the green lighting, it means E2 PWM is connected to the external power supply, the power is on; while the red lighting, it means the signal is received or sent, the interface working
