Introduction of our 5 axis CNC machine:
5 Axis CNC Routers feature heavy-duty thick walled tube frame construction, providing a rigid structure to dampen vibration and assures long-term accuracy and repeatability. Each ball screw and rail mounting surface is precision machined.
Main Features:
1. This machine adopts the European OSAI numerical control system, high powerful, high
processing density, and high speed.
2. All components are imported from international top brand.
3. Z axis height can be increased to 1.5 meters, large surface processing, suitable for large
and medium-sized three-dimensional surface processing.
4. Intelligent processing cross-border protection, to prevent the mechanical impact due to
excessive design documents processing.
5. Diversity control can separately control the processing speed, idling speed, cutting speed, greatly improving the quality of processed product and
processing efficiency.
Application fields and materials:
1. The mold industry: casting, automotive, wind power, ships, boats, aerospace industry, rail
transport.
