High alumina refractory mortars cement castable
High alumina refractory mortars cement castable can be used on buildings, bungalows and internal and external wall insulation. Improve the system of heat preservation, heat insulation, wind resistance, cold resistance and waterproof anti-cracking performance etc.
Add High alumina refractory mortars cement castable to clean water and mix to the desired consistency,mix a minimum of 2 minutes with shelved 3-5 minutes recommended for best workability.recommended mortar and water ration is 4:1 by weight, the water is about 120~140 kg for one metric ton dry mortar, mixing mortar should be paid attention to prevent bask and take shelter from the wind.
High alumina refractory mortars cement castable can be operating time: at a time mixture of mortar should use up within two hours, supplementary water used is prohibited after the solidification.
