Brief Introduction
R-381-5 epoxy potting resin is made from epoxy resin, hardener and filler presented in two-component form. It’s heat-resistant grade is B. R-381-5 has gained UL certification (E229550) and complied with the RoHS requirement.
R-381-5 resin part is white, and we could provide other colors as customers’ needs.
Features
Good manufacturability and insulation property, low shrinkage, excellent flexibility, shining appearance of condensate and excellent crack resistance.
Application/Use
It is suitable for the casting and potting for motor and electrical appliance coils which have high demand for flexibility.

How to use
- Mix component A and B with a proportion of 100/30 by weight at room temperature.
- Embedding
- Bake at 80-100°C for 4 hours.
