Brief Introduction
R-1449 is the special immersion varnish for glass fiber covered winding wire use. It is made from heat resisting polyester resin, modified epoxy resin, cross-linking agent and environment friendly thinner etc. The heat-resistant grade is F/H, comply with RoHS environmental requirements.
Features
Low volatile and smelly, high film hardness adhesive force, good wettability for fible glass covered wire. After using this varnish, the wire has characters of full and golden appearance, excellent adhesion stress between wires and copper body, no patina, no after tack, and without corrosivity for copper body.
Applications
Be used for making all types of level F and H glass fiber covered winding wire, it is special suitable for imide film winding wire.
