R-1140-1 Fast curing Impregnating Resin
Introduction
R-1140-1 fast curing impregnating resin is made from heat-resistant unsaturated polyester resin, curing agent and thinner etc. It presents in one-component form and with thermal class H. It has gained UL certification (No.: E227128) and UL insulation system certification (No.: E242776), and comply with the RoHS environmental requirements.
Features
Fast curing, stable storage, high mechanical strength and excellent insulation performance.
Applications
It is widely used and suitable for impregnation of many types of motors and apparatus coils of class B,F and H. It is recommended for Y2 series motor, and meets the technical conditions of clsaa H solvent-free impregnating resin for Y2 motors.
