Brief Introduction
R-852 epoxy balance clay is made from epoxy resin, hardener and filler presented in two-component form. Component A presents yellow while component B is blue. R-852 with a thermal class F and comply with the RoHS environmental demands.
Features
Good formability and thixotropic property. Excellent adhesion stress to coil winding. Good insulation property. Cure in room temperature.
Application/Use
R-852 is suitable for dynamic balance calibration of all kinds of coil wound rotors, for example: crane motors, auto motors, micro and special electric machines etc. Moreover, it is fit for encapsulating , embedding and fixation materials.
How to use
- Mix part A and part B with a proportion of 1/1 by volume(1.9/2.1 by weight)at room temperature by hand until the color is uniform .
- Take the mixed balance clay in the unbalance place (top, outboard or other parts of coils), adjust the quantity until dynamic balance of calibration.
- Put the unit at room temperature (do not under 5°C) for 24h.
