1. Product Description: Ni coated synthetic diamond have many advantages compared with normal diamond, as follows:

(1) Improve the combination stength of abrasives and bond, extend the life time of diamond tools.

(2) Increase the strength of abrasive grites.

(3) Improve the permeability, conductivity of electricity and thermal conductivity of abrasive grites.

(4) Isolate and protect the diamond to be less prone to oxidation, graphite and other chemical reaction under high temperature condition.

2. Available Grits(Mesh)Size: RVD 80/100, 100/120, 120/140, 140/170, 170/200, 200/230, 230/270, 270/325, 325/400, 400/500, 500/600.

3. Be applied to manufacture the abrasives those bonded by resin, ceramic or electroplating, widely used for grinding and polishing hard Alloy, magnetic materials and gem etc
