VMS Video Measuring Machine
VMS Video measuring machine is a precise and effective non-contact optical measuring instrument. It is composed of a series of accessories, such as color CCD Camera & adapter, zoom lens capture card, linear scales, high precision worktable, electronic motor, PC and monitor.
The QuickMeasuring software is able to control the brightness of 40-division light source, auto-focus, X,Y and Z-axis auto-movement. TXT, Excel report output immediately, dxf drawing input quickly. The operator can setup auto-program-run in light of different measurement case foe different work pieces, it improve the operator’s working efficiency effectively and reduce the enterprise’s cost of human resource obviously.
It is mainly applied in 3D measurement field, such as: PCB, mobile phone fittings, linker, machine fitting, precision fixture, and it can measure height in video solution too.
It is a necessary instrument for 3D noon-contact measurement in college, research institute and metrology department.
