Using Description:

1. Contacting the red line   of the annexed line to the red wiring terminal(positive terminal) of the   counter transmission.
  The black line to the black wiring terminal( negative terminal), but must be   fast.
  2. Cutting the closed electronic appliance in the AC out electronical outlet   of the counter transmission
  3.Contact the DC line of the closed electronic appliance to batteries or   other DC 12V electronical source.( Red to +, black to -)
  4.Turn the counter transmission switch on, the Green light will be light, the   counter transmission is working
