The Profile wrapping machine specializes in wrapping different kind of decorating films like paper, PVC on the different kind of profile, which is ideal equipment for Voice box, furniture, building material industry.
Feature:
According the principle of pressing point, wrapping the decorated foil on the profile step by step started in the middle of the profile to full side of the profile. It can product a beautiful outline of the profile. Precise slot nozzle gluing applicator coats the glue on the foil smoothly, and through the pressing wheel by pressing the foil on the surface of the profile.

Smart outlook, reasonable structure with handle operation, convenience and safe which are the main advancement of the machine
Stable transmission with low noise and the speed is controlled by inverter.
Heater can be adjusted.
Sense auto corrector for keeping the foil move on beeline

JianChi has been founded in 2000 in China mainland and it produces wrapping machine for wood and PVC sectors since that date. There are 3 glue types for wrapping:
1. Solvent glue (cold glue) is used for PVC sector. It is the oldest wrapping technology and generally it is preferred by producers who has low capacity.
2. EVA glue (hot melt glue) is used for wood sector. It is special machine for door frame producers. Because wrapping of the natural wood is so hard process and this machine is designed for wood wrapping.
3.PUR glue is used in all sectors. It is the newest system in wrapping sector. Producers can cover PVC and wood in this system.
