When the static electrons run up to a certain extent, it will discharge to a circumjacent object in an ultra short time which would cause damage to the electrical or electronic equipment or semiconductor compent. An ESD generator is used for evaluating the eletrostatic immunity performance of electrical and electronic equipments by simulating the real electrostatic discharges.
1. Characteristics:
1) Meets the requirements of IEC61000-4-2;
2) Unique programmable high-voltage source which enables the test voltage to be up to 30kV;
3) The built-in IEC standard test levels and strengthened gun control function make more friendly operation;
4) Unique discharge measurement function with adjustable sensitivity;
5) The built-in temperature & humidity sensor can record the test environment;
6) Provides the RS232 communication interface and test software platform.
