1. Detailed description
Inorganic Powder Travertine
The design idea of Inorganic Powder Travertine comes from the classical and elegant qualities, and the color is
changeable, it’s smooth but full of freedom temperament.
Product feature
It’s harder than normal texture paint, easy clean, no oxidation,and no discoloration.
Application of product:
Villa, hotel, entertainment place, commercial buildings and so on.
Executive standard:
JG/T26---2002 <Exterior inorganic building paint>
GB24408-2009 <Exterior wall coating limit of harmful substances>
Construction steps:
1) Choose white inorganic material and inorganic colored topcoat;
2) According to the proportion of powder and water, to mix it after 10 minutes;
3) Putty on the wall by a thin layer of material;
4) Putty for the second time, after it’s dry for 5-6 minutes,to create the nice design;
5) Polish it after the surface is dry;
6) Roll the color on the wall for 1-2 time;
7) Roll or spray the alkali primer;
Reference dosage: Inorganic powder aggregate: 2kg/m², colored coating:3-4m²/kg, topcoat: 6-7m²/kg.
If choose by the powder mix with color in the packing, it can be constructed directly, no need to roll the colour.
Note: Humidity should be above 85%, it can’t be constructed under 4°C,the material shall be stored in the normal
temperature.
