1. Detailed description
Simulation granite
Rock Slice Paint,its other name is simulation Granite, rich granite style, content, well quality, it is the traditional
natural lacquer upgrade varieties. After spraying decoration pattern point, richly textured like the stone.
Product feature
1. It’s a pure water formula, no radiation pollution;
2. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and odorless
3. Excellent weather resistance, acid resistance,durability;
4. Single spray gun, but it’s colorful.
Executive standard:
JG/T24-2000 <Synthetic resin emulsions and textured building coating>
GB24408-2009 <Exterior wall coating limit of harmful substances>
Construction steps:
1) Roll Wanlei special anti-alkali or black color primer;
2) Pointing: the level of division, paste paper;
3) Constructed by Nature stone spray gun.
4) Before the surface is dry, using the woolen roller mixed with water,to press the Granite paint.
5) Take away the paste paper, polish the surface after drying.
6) Roll the special varnish.
Reference dosage : Anti-alkali 6-8m²/KG,Rock Slice Paint 3-4m²/KG, varnish: 8-10 m²/KG
Material combination: A: anti-alkali; B: Rock slice paint; C: Varnish.
If choose by the powder mix with color in the packing, it can be constructed directly, no need to roll the colour.
Note: Humidity should be above 85%, it can’t be constructed under 4°C,the material shall be stored in the normal
temperature.
