Q1. How to get the quotation of my interesting items?
You may send us an email to XX@gmtrading.com.cn including the item No and product picture , estimated order quantity, movement type, packaging or OEM design u need etc. The more information is offered, the accurate price you will get. Normally, your inquiry will be responded within 1-2 working day.
Q2. Is it possible that I place an order less than MOQ?
Yes, it is possible. Please send us your inquiry with your order quantity. The price of the small quantity order will be higher because of the LCL charges. The more you ordered the better price you can get
Q3. May I have the sample of my interesting item?
Yes, but the courier and sample fee will be on your account. To get the s ample, please send us your sample request with your courier account no and mail address. Normally, the sample will be send within 1 week.
Q4. May I have my own design of the color, logo printing, or the inner packing?
Yes, your own design is welcomed. We can have your own logo on the products, such as the dial of watch /water clock /pedometers or on the case of some digital clock etc.
Q5. How to make sure the order was proceeded according to my request?
We will confirm every production details with you before mass production.
And when the production finished, our own QC will do the inspection and carry out our inner inspection report. If u need we can send you the photos and inspection report under your request.
Q6. Is OEM/ODM order possible?
Yes. OEM/ODM order is welcomed.
