Introduction Instant Dry Yeast:
Especially suitable for bread marketing with sugarless or low sugar formula .
1. Range of application:applicable for making bread and steamed bread with sugar addition level in the range of 0-7%
2. Feature:Fast Fermentation, High Nutrition, Pure Natural, Long Self-life, Easy Usage
3. Application methods:mix dry yeast with such raw materials as flour until smooth ,then dough must keep in 30°C.
4. Dosage:the dosage in bread is 0.8-1.0 of flour .
5. Preservation method and shelf life :This product must be stored at cold and dry place .Is shelf life is 2 years .
