Usage introduction
  1. The Hydraulic Oil must be clean and fresh; the bad condition of Oil will damage and reduce working life of pump.
  2. It will affect working efficiency of pumps when the old pump and new pump connect together.

Installation and Operation Manual

In developed industry market, the spare parts of gear pump achieved sophisticated. Therefore, check of clean oil with operation before using pump. The installation should be according to the ex-works technical documents of gear pump, and related specification of this manual, also the pump structure should be taken into consideration.

 

  1. Oil liquid cleanliness standard requirements up to NSA10 level---NSA11 Level (The average value of contamination performance indicators less CB/T14039-2002rule 19/16).In others words, when using new products, oil storage tank must be cleaned completely or oil filter vehicle should carried out clean the oil, and update filter.(New products and badly worn pump can also cause technical damaged problem),once iron pin entry into new-pump with oil. The customer must ensure clean oil-channel and take oil tank, update filter.)
  2. Program of pump drive shaft and machine output shaft Max.0.05mm.The inside of spline bushing worn parts has been replaced at the proper time, or coaxial degree might have influence. Measurement the pump of brack installation and connection structure verticality less 0.05mm. It must be check machine drive and pump drive shaft concentricity within 0.05mm.
  3. When replace new pump, it requirements fill up with hydraulic oil inlet position, and turn a half circle direction to pump rotation. The gear pump inspection shall be done in this side. After installing, check if the connecting head, seal ring, leak oil, leak out of this pipe. Within 20mins keeping low speed without air. The machine will not be operation and burn shaft if pressure insufficient.
  4. In addition, check safety valves work smoothly. Gear pump overload (allowed 1.15 times under rated of pressure instantaneous overload about 1min).Never uses a safety vale too high and happened frequent shock pressure. Otherwise, it occurs leak oil, broke shaft, plot ratio, boom pump...etc
