Shengyip Gifts (Shenzhen) Company Ltd.was founded in 1987,. Our factory is locates in shenzhen, we specialize in manufacturing assorted types of module such as voice, melody, flashing and recording. Modules can be either semi-finished or finished upon client requests. Our products include musical cup, musical pen, keychain, annunciator, bottle opener, motion mechanism of plush toy, musical and voice greeting card, decorative box, photo frame and card with recording function and all kinds of sound modules which sued in children's book.
Our factory possess large-scale department of production, bonding, plastic injection, silk screen printing and metal parts. We also can explore and produce new products based on customers' requires. Apart from supply standard products, we offer OEM service to customers with custom voice and melody chips to match special products.
The price is decided by several factors: Sound duration, Size, Structure, Quantity and Accessories.
2. How about samples?
Sample Lead Time: 4 or 5 working days
Sample Set-up Fee:
1).It's free for all for a regular customer
2).for new customers: depends on what kind of product you want
3. How to customize the sound module?
Customer need to provide us their own sound file
4. How to produce a sound module?
If your sound is not the standard . then it need to customer made .
Our factory will layout the PCB board and bonding the IC chip on board ,after that worker will soldering all of components on the PCB board and test it’s function according to the customer request.
then, packing the sound module and book the ship to ship out.
