wood softening treatment reactor

Sucessful cases:

1. During 5 days after signing contract by both parts, the seller will provide ichnography, construction basal chart and machine installation chart.
2. The seller shall provide the Certificate and operating instruction of the equipment hereof and will send the engineer to guide installation of the machine if necessary.
3. Quality Guarantee: The guarantee period for mainframe is one year (excluding the quick wear parts).
Wooden plate treatment process:
1. The first method: At first, connected with the fresh water supply to the reactor and fill the water into this reactor. When the water level reach up to the required amount checked from the water level meter. Close the water supply. Then open the additive adding valve, the solution will flows from the additive solution tank into the reactor. When all the additive flows into the reactor. closed the valve. Put the wooden plate into the reactor. To close the door for heating and soften. The steam from water together with the additive will soften the wooden plate. This is our Thailand customer reactor working process.
2. Second method: Our reactor has another working method for the wooden soften. First, put the wooden plate into the reactor; open the fresh water to make the water to a certain level and then close the door. Then heating the water to generate the steam for softening the wooden plate. Thenrelease the steam. Open the additive adding valve to make the solution filling in the reactor to soak the wooden plate with or without heating as your required. For several hour, release the solution recycle to the additive solution tank. And the wooden plate will be soft.
3. Third method: put the wooden plate into the reactor and then fill the water into the reactor to immerse the wooden plate. Then heat the water to boil the water for soften the wooden plate. Then release the hot wtaer. Open the additive adding valve to make the solution filling in the reactor to soak the wooden plate with or without heating as your required. For several hour, release the solution recycle to the additive solution tank. And the wooden plate will be soft.
