LNG cryogenic storage cylinder
Beijing Double Dragon International Industrial & Mining Machinery Co., Ltd (also known as Bidragon) is located in Beijing. We are a high and new technology enterprise, which is professionally engaged in producing cryogenic tanks, liquid oxygen tanks, liquid nitrogen tank, carbon dioxide tanks, LNG storage tanks and Dewar tanks.
Cryogenic Vessel is essentially a double walled cylindrical tank, annular space between inner and outer vessel is filled with insulating material and evacuated to a high vacuum to achieve minimum evaporation losses. The cold converter is fitted with pressure building arrangement with automatic pressure build - up regulator.
Brief introduction about dewar flask:
Firstly, outer structure of dewar flask: Dewar flask has four valves they are liquid valve, air valve, vent valve and pressurization valve as well as gas pressure gauge and level gauge.
Secondly, usage: Your company is using the dewar flask. The firs step is to connect the pipe where the dewar flask liquid vavle lies with evaporator by the high pressure metallic tube. After the confirmation of connecting, you can turn on the liquid valve. If the gas pressure to the workshop can not meet the demand, please turn on the pressurization valve. A few minutes later, the pressure will rise to the using demand. Then you can make use of it. If the dewar flask has no liquid phase and the pressure of gas phase is only 5kg, it means that the gas in dewar flask has used up. Please turn off the using valve and stop using.
Thirdly, some questions you should pay attention when using the storage
1.When the dewar flask storage has not been used, do not turn of the pressurization valve. You must check whether the pressurization valve is turned off tightly. Otherwise, the gas leak in the vessel.
2.You must turn off the pressurization valve when stop using. The pressurization valve is open only when it is used.
3.When thepressurization valve is turned open totally, the dewar flasks pressure gauge is no longer raise, than means there is no liquid phase only gas phase left in the vessel.

2. Apply high-quality ultra-low temperature thermal engineering expansive perlite as filling. Take helium-spectrum leakage test for complete cryogenic liquid tank. Good thermal-insulating effect, low evaporation loss and long life time.
3. Compact tank structure, advanced piping and flow-process design make operation simpler and safer as well as maintainance and repair easily.
4. Two types: Vertical type and horizontal type.

- During 5 days after signing contract by both parts, the seller will provide ichnography, construction basal chart and machine installation chart.
- The seller shall provide the Certificate and operating instruction of the equipment hereof and will send the engineer to guide installation of the machine if necessary.
- Quality Guarantee: The guarantee period for mainframe is one year (excluding the quick wear parts).
