The kit contains:

Ideal for on-the-go situations, travel, office or carry along. Convenient and easy to use, Whitening Pens contain high viscosity 35% Carbamide Peroxide whitening gel, which is dispensed by twisting the pen base. Each whitening pen provides approximately 20 applications to upper and lower teeth. Brush applicator allows thorough tooth coverage. Simply "paint" teeth with brush to apply evenly over tooth surface.
The LED Blue Light is a personal hand held teeth whitening accelerator that really works and it's easy to use. This same light technology is used by dental offices to activate peroxide based whitening gels to speed up the bleaching process. The light is simple to use and comes with 2 lithium 3V batteries, which supply 6 hours of power. Batteries are replaceable. The LED Blue Light is an ideal whitening tool for use with the Whitening Pens.
Usage:
1)Brush and floss your teeth for 5-7 minutes before you start at home teeth whitening kit.
2) Get your self in front of the mirror while inserting the cheek re-tractor in your mouth .
3) Dry your teeth with a piece of gauze until your teeth are free of saliva.
4) Twist the bottom of the pen 4-5 times until the gel starts coming out ,twist the pen several times during every application. In general the pen should be twisted 2-3 times for every two teeth.
5) Insert the light into your mouth once the gel has been applied on your teeth. Make sure to avoid direct contact with your teeth. Try breathing through your nose.
6)After the treatment rinse with water to remove the gel. Apply the desensitizing gel everywhere around your teeth and wait for a minute so that the gel makes its desired effect and rinse again with water. You can also use vitamin E oil to moisturize your lips and your gums after the treatment.
advice:
1)For first time users it is recommended 3 sessions of 10 minutes (30 min), but if you are using it as a follow up treatment then you will need to use it for 10-20 minutes.
2)You can use the Touch Up pen treatment for as many days possible (generally 5-7 days)
